  • NEW BREMEN — Upper Scioto Valley kept coming back Saturday afternoon, but came up a little short at New Bremen as the Lady Rams dropped a 44-41 non-league decision. 
  • SPENCERVILLE - The Ada girls basketball team whipped Northwest Conference rival host Spencerville 65-45 in a makeup game Monday night. 
  • FOSTORIA - The Ada boys and girls swim teams each finished first in a multi-team meet at Fostoria Saturday. 
  • VAN BUREN - The banged-up Ada wrestling team finished tied for 18th at the rugged 27-team Van Buren Invitational Friday and Saturday.
    Freshman Chase Sumner posted the top Bulldog finish, coming in third at 120 lbs. after winning a 10-9 decision over Rodriguez of Lincolnview.
