OTTOVILLE — Host Ottoville outscored Ada 10-3 in the third quarter to break away from a one-point halftime lead, and went on to win their makeup non-league girls basketball bout Monday night, 42-34.
The Big Green improved to 9-8 with the victory while the Lady Bulldogs fell to 7-10 with the loss.
Junior Tori Wyss led Ada with 11 points and classmate Alexis Amburgey added 10.
Annie Lindeman led Ottoville with a game-high 13 points. Taylor Mangas chipped in with 12 points and  Brooke Mangas contributed nine points.

Ada (2-4 NWC) resumes Northwest Conference play Thursday at home vs. Lincolnview (8-11, 2-4 NWC). Due to the inclement weather, there will be no junior varsity game. The varsity contest will tip off at 6 p.m.
