Welcome to the classified advertising section of the Ada Herald's website. Web ads will appear in print and online within two business days of submission, if all procedures are followed correctly.
  The Ada Herald does not accept defamatory, sexually explicit ads, ads for escort services, or advertisements that indicate illegal practices, such as discrimination or sales of prohibited substances. All commercial ads for housing, real estate or financing must include the fair housing logo. All commercial ads for professional services must include the business license number where required by law. The Ada Herald reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline any advertisement for publication and to remove any ad from its web pages for any reason.
  Classified advertisers are responsible for proofing their own ads, making sure all needed information is given and that phone numbers, websites and addresses are correct. The Ada Herald is not responsible for any customer-entered errors in classified ads.
  In the event an advertisement is not published, The Ada Herald will refund any advance payment made for such advertisement to the advertiser or extend the run dates of the ad for the lost days of advertising. In no event shall The Ada Herald be liable for consequential or incidental damages of any nature or kind.
