ADA — The Ada Music Boosters are gearing up for the 38th Annual Ada Music Feast Show choir invitational competition set for Saturday, Nov. 7. The program runs from morning until after midnight with several area show choirs performing.

As teams bustle from performances to dressing rooms, the halls at the Ada High School are filled with music, food and vendors of various crafts, jewelry, scarves and accessories.

This year’s program will feature talented young men and women from 15 visiting regional high school show choirs, according David Smittle, Booster Treasurer and past Music Booster President. As host of the competition, Ada’s Varsity Singers will perform as exhibition only, but Smittle stated this is one of the top competitions in the Midwest and welcomes local support for sponsoring the event.

“Ada Music Feast always draws a ‘standing room only’ crowd, many of whom will stay overnight before and /or after the day of the show and patronize local businesses during their time in the area,” Smittle stated.

The Boosters have sent mailings and posted flyers seeking sponsorships, with various levels available. The souvenir program booklet sold at the event has ad space available for patronage or there are plenty of trophy categories to choose from as well.

Ads are available in full-page 8.5 x 11” size, as well as one-eighth, one-quarter and one-half page ads.

Trophy Sponsorships include Best of Choreography, Vocal or Instrumental by Division; Divisional Runner Up and Grand Champion; best overall for daytime awards and trophies for evening finals competitions.
