ADA — The Ada High School class of 1963 has given a donation to the fundraiser for THE BOOTS FOR BULLDOGS campaign to help secure the doors and place placards at each door.

They presented a check of $1425.00 on Aug. 31, 2018 to Kristin Purdy, one of the three ladies spearheading this fundraiser and would like to challenge other classes to do the same.

This is not the first time the class of 1963 decided to remember their school roots. In 2013 the class collected over $8400.00 to pay for and have installed the brick patio on the south side of the school just east of the cafeteria entrance. This area also included a flag pole and the large bench utilizing the Ada High School capstone of the old building. Each graduate has their name on one of the bricks as well as a larger brick with the name of the Class of 1963. This area has been used many times as a photo opportunity area and has been chosen again as a special place to present the check to the Boot fundraiser.

Several of the 40 remaining classmates were able to attend this presentation.
